Grew up in a big family. Anne was her given name but her nickname quickly became Annie to anyone who ever met her due to her small statue. All her life she has underperformed, being able to achieve so much more if she would apply herself more. Is it laziness or something else? With a younger brother who needed extra care and two older siblings who were geniuses in their own right, Annie kind of fell behind and wasn’t noticed as much being the happy go lucky kid who never made trouble. She never blamed her parents for giving her the least bit of attention. After all, they did the best they could with six children to care for and both full time jobs  to support them.  

Without a clear goal in life she simply picked the medical field to study at the university, but quickly began to fall back to her old routine of not paying attention in class and choosing to mess around instead. Besides, she found the classes to be dreadfully boring. Instead choosing journalism as a career. More as a last resort than anything else when even her professors pointed out how her low grades would never make her get far. Promising to do better but never actually doing, she switched classes.
