Easy to talk to, very outgoing, a mouth that doesn't know when to stop talking—
Not everyone will know ho to deal with him. One of the worst things, is when a silence occures during a conversation. He has the constant feeling that he has to fill the silence with stupid jokes or lighthearted insults. Sitting down and doing nothing is something he absolutly hates. At work he is always doing something, anything to keep himself busy.
Surrounded by a large group of friends, he always has someone to spent time with. Everyone gets a fair chance and it looks like he is capable of being friends with everyone. Not that it is the same for the other person. Most of his friends probably aren't even real friends, but that doens't seem to bother him.
All this is nothing more than an unhealthy copingmechanism. A persona he made up to hide what is really going on in his mind. If he keeps talking, his mind doesn't have time to wander of. If he keeps working, memories won't haunt him.
He gives people the impression they really know him, without actually knowing anything. No one would say he is calm and reserved, while that is who his is when he is not playing a character. He is much more selfish, than the selfless person he pretents to be around people.
His harted towards magic is not only caused by the things it has put him through in the past. While they were awfull and left their scars, it is mostly his own jealousy. All his life he wanted magic. That way he could make his mom proud. That way he would be better. Riyaz wants to help people, the way conjurers can, but he knows that is impossible. If only he were able to heal wounds—

The first time he did it, was not an accident. It was thought through because he couldn't risk the chance of making mistakes. Was it anger that drove him to do it? Anger that caused one little slip up?
Definitely.
He did not understand how someone could kill another person— no not just anyone, a child. Killed because someone thought magic was the answer to their problems.
- Mama probeerde altijd maar de magie van zijn kind te laten ontwaken, zonder enige succes, niet op de meest fijne manieren
- Mama is een gov mensje
- Geen vader, zijn ma wilde gewoon een kind, weet zelf niet wie de vader is gezien ze iedere man vaak maar 1x zag
- Voelde zich minderwaardig
- Jongere sib was erg jong toen zijn magie awakened, dus werd Riz achteruit geschoven
- Tijdens zijn studie/op het werk ook steeds geconfronteerd met het feit dat hij geen magic heeft, mag enkel de rotklusjes doen terwijl hij mensen wilt genezen
- Uiteindelijk zijn doel gemaakt om magic de wereld uit te jagen
- Draagt altijd handschoenen want verbrande handjes
- Zenuwschade aan (1) hand(en)
- Grote angst voor grote water sources/verdrinkingsangst, heeft daardoor ook nooit leren zwemmen
- Zat veel in het ziekenhuis, had 1 verpleegkundige waar hij een hele goede band mee had, was uiteindelijk de reden dat hij zelf verpleegkundige wilde worden
